what we collect

• Your access-form answers: first name, phone number, 18+ confirmation, what you want help with, why you want to try yvette, where you heard about us, and your texting consent.
• Your phone number or Apple ID, and the messages, screenshots and photos you send. These may include other people's messages, so please crop out names and numbers.
• Basic usage counts, tracked under a code like "U01", not your name.

how we use it

Only to run yvette: to reply to you, improve the service, handle STOP/DELETE requests and review beta requests. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

who processes it

• OpenAI generates replies. Model training on your content is turned off.
• A human (the operator) reviews messages during the beta.
• Apple and mobile carriers deliver messages.
• Our form provider and Google Sheets store access requests.
• Our website host serves textyvette.com.

how long we keep it

• Beta screenshots and photos are deleted when the beta ends.
• Denied access requests are deleted within 30 days.
• Everything is deleted sooner if you text DELETE.

your choices

• Text DELETE to erase your data, or email us to ask for a copy.
• Text STOP to stop all messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Depending on your state (for example California), you may have extra rights to know, delete or correct your data. Email us and we'll honor them.

18+ only

yvette is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and delete it if we learn we have.
