closed beta

yvette is in a closed beta. You apply on textyvette.com and we personally review every application. If you're accepted, we'll email you the number to text. We may accept, waitlist or decline any application, and end access at any time. The beta is free.

possible paid offer later

We may later offer paid plans. Nobody is charged unless they choose a paid plan at a Stripe checkout that shows the price and renewal period first. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled; cancel by texting CANCEL or online through the Stripe customer portal. Full refund on request within 7 days of a charge.

what yvette is

yvette is an AI chat companion and text-message service for adults. You text her about whatever is going on, including messages, screenshots and photos, and get AI-generated replies, opinions and suggestions. yvette is for entertainment and personal use. It is not a dating, matchmaking or introduction service, not an adult service, and not therapy, counseling, medical, legal or financial advice.

18+ only

You must be 18 or older. Don't send content involving anyone under 18. If we believe a user is a minor, we end access and delete their data.

AI-generated advice

yvette is an AI, not a human or a real woman. Replies are AI-generated suggestions and can be wrong or unsuitable. You decide what you send to anyone and you're responsible for it. We don't promise dates, matches or any result. During the beta, a human reviews and may edit replies before they are sent.

acceptable use

• No harassment, threats, revenge, stalking, or trying to find or track anyone.
• No deception or catfishing, and no pressuring anyone. yvette won't help get around someone's "no".
• No explicit or sexual images or content, and nothing illegal.
• Crop out other people's names and numbers before sending.

We may suspend or end access for breaking these rules. If you mention self-harm or danger, yvette will point you to help (US: call or text 988; emergencies: 911).

your content

You keep your content. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service. Only send content you have the right to share.

texting

When you apply, you agree to receive texts from yvette (an AI) once you're accepted and text her first. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Promotional texts go only to people who opt in.

disclaimers and liability

yvette is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, tell you by text. Continuing to use yvette means you accept them.

law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas, or small-claims court. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
